Here’s the honest part…

You’ve probably been holding a lot together for a long time—trying to keep the peace at home, make the relationship work, stay patient with your kids, or just get through the day without feeling like you’re failing at it.

So you’re here.

Looking for someone who will actually get it—and help you make sense of what’s going on without judgement.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. You might wonder if you’ll be taken seriously, if you’ll have to “perform” being okay, or if you’ll be told to just think positive and move on.

With me, you can expect a space where it’s okay to be your most authentic self. Humour, sadness, frustration, joy, love, and anger are all welcome here—often all in the same session. I’ll listen closely and work to truly understand what you’re experiencing, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions that help you look at your situation from an angle you may not have considered before. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, and focus on practical, meaningful steps forward—whether you’re navigating family stress, relationship challenges, parenting, or life transitions

What working together feels like.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and supportive. I’ll meet you with empathy and genuine care, while also asking gentle, thoughtful questions that help you explore patterns, perspectives, and possibilities you may not have considered before. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be your most authentic self—while we work together toward practical, meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
